As per the Arena Rules and Policies, you must
Be a current member of the Horse Council of BC.
Be a member of PRTRA.
Complete the liability waiver. The PRTRA membership and liability waivers are due every September 1st.

Forms can be dropped off at the office between Monday and Thursday or you can put them in the box where you put your $6 or drop in coupon. As for the membership fee, you can do the same or e-transfer to prtra.finance@gmail.com
